• Stroke at 42 YIKES!!!

    Surviving a stroke can have many different looks to it.  One may have physical disabilities, mental disabilities, speech disabilities or even all three.  These can also look different to everyone who survives a stroke. years ago I had a stroke.  I was only 42.  I know, so young, right?  However, this stroke has affected me more than I want to admit.  Not only has it affected me, but my friends and family as well.     I have been doing a lot of soul searching lately and feel that God has led me to share some of the things I am learning from my studies about a deeper relationship with Him.  When I heard about this concept, a personal relationship with God, a few months ago, I was completely ready to find out more about this.
