Add dry Ingredients to bowl and stir to incorporate. Add honey and olive oil and slowly add water. Mix until dough is incorporated into a ball and pulling away from the sides.
Rise for one hour, then punch down and rise for another hour if needed.
Add to oven and bake 15-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Test bread by inserting knife in middle and it comes out clean, and when you thumb the loaf, it sounds hollow.
Turn out onto a cooling rack and let cool for 30 minutes if you can.
